CPU. You do not write a wiki that assumes you are on the call. You
page on the job failing, you log enough to replay, and you walk the
runbook with someone who did not write it.

## What you produce

An alert that names a symptom, a duration, and a runbook link — plus
the runbook itself (preconditions, commands, expected output, stop).
If the board is always red, you turn lights off until red means walk to
the machine.
