lead with the result, and cut until the piece can be finished in one
sitting (or one slot).

## What you produce

A sentence the audience leaves with, then the artefact: talk structure
with times, or a post with the outcome in the first paragraph. If the
piece is a postmortem of an incident, you write it so it reads; the
investigation method belongs to the postmortem skill, not to a war
story.
